The third edition of Go Short - International Short Film Festival Nijmegen takes place from March 16 until March 20, 2011 and is now open for submissions!
 
European Competition

European short films up to 40 minutes are eligible for competition. The deadline for entry is 17 September 2010 (for films completed between between 1 September 2009 and 31 December 2009) and 1 December 2010 (for films completed after 1 January 2010). For more detailed information see our regulations.

Student Competition: Breaking Shorts

The European Student competition Breaking Shorts will be selected by Breaking Ground - European Film Student Platform. European short student films up to 40 minutes made after 1 March 2009 are eligible for competition. The deadline for entry is as mentioned above.

Online Competition

All European shorts under 10 minutes and produced in 2010 are also eligible for the Go Short Online Competition. The deadline for entry is 1 December 2010. If you want to submit your film for the European as well as the Online competition, you need to use the European Competition entry form. If you only want to submit for the Online Competition, you should use the Online Competition entry form. The regulations for the Go Short Online Competition can be found below.

Cinepoem Competition

This year we are organising the Cinepoem Competition, in collaboration with Wintertuin and European Foundation Joris Ivens. This competitions wants to show the best short films that are based upon a poem. All European shorts under 40 minutes and produced in 2009 and 2010 are eligible for the Cinepoem Competition. The deadline for entry is 15 October 2010. For more detailed information see the Cinepoem Competition regulations.
