Go Short aims at being a diverse and inclusive organization. A workforce that reflects the diversity of society broadens perspectives and helps us to improve the work we do.
We select staff members without prejudice and train our employees to be open for different points of views. We continuously strive for a diverse and inclusive programming. Not only our own programmers select films with an open minds, but we also take on external film professionals who can help us making our programming more diverse.
Take the guest curators, for example, composing their own film programs. Or our In Focus-programs that are being interpreted by talented filmmakers.
