Call for Entry is open! Submit your film for Go Short 2022

With Go Short Online fresh in our minds and a number of special activities ahead in 2021, the Go Short festival team is also already busy preparing for the 14th festival edition, which will take place from 6 to 10 April 2022.

From now on it is possible for filmmakers to submit their film for one of the competition programs. Selected films are eligible for prestigious international awards. Go Short is the official gateway to the Oscars®, BAFTAs, and the European Film Awards.

For our competition programs, we are looking for recent European short films. All genres of short films (animation, documentary, fiction/live-action, and experimental/art film) are accepted. The maximum length is 30 minutes. Find more information about our deadlines and competitions below.
