Find your international co-producer through Euro Connection!
Will your next short film be an international co-production and are you looking for new international collaborations? Together with Kortfilmfestival Leuven, Go Short is hosting the pre-selection of projects for Euro Connection, the largest co-production platform for short film in Europe. Euro Connection will take place during the Short Film Market at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival in France, taking place from February 4-6, 2025. Submit your film project by October 20 for a chance to participate in Euro Connection 2025!
Short Film Festival Leuven and Go Short will choose one participant to go on the longlist of producers selected through film festivals throughout Europe. From these, 11 projects will be selected to participate in Euro Connection. The selected producers will pitch their project during the festival to producers, funds, distributors and other delegates in attendance.
What’s in it for me?
Participating producers receive an online script coaching session, pitch training and access to specially organized networking events and one-on-one meetings. Travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed. In short: Euro Connection offers you the chance to realize your film project, to learn how to present your film projects even better in the future and to gain new international connections, taking your film career to a higher and international level.

Producers who are currently working on a short film project that is already partially funded and whose shooting will start no earlier than June 2025 can apply for Euro Connection. There is a separate application procedure for VR/XR projects which can be found here.
To apply, producers from the Netherlands and Flanders should email the fully completed application form and additional, required documents as one pdf file to program@goshort.nl with ‘Euro Connection’ in the title. The deadline is October 20, 2024. All documents should be submitted in English. An English-language script is not required for the first round of selection and may be submitted until Nov. 7 if the project passes the pre-selection.
