Many people suffer from sleep disorders during times of genocidal atrocities. Avoiding blue light and reducing screen time are suggested for getting better sleep. But how would we know what’s happening in the world if we turn off our screens? Happiness is a desktop-diary revolving around this question, reflecting the “screen time” of a hypothetical person residing in Amsterdam.
