Are you a hospitable local from Nijmegen who loves film and has a spare room available? Become a Homestay Host during Go Short 2026 and offer (international) filmmakers a warm place to stay from 7 to 12 April during the largest short film festival in the Netherlands.

As a Homestay Host, you’ll have the unique opportunity to meet passionate filmmakers up close, enjoy inspiring conversations, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the festival. On top of that, you’ll be contributing in a very personal way to an unforgettable festival week. Of course, we’re happy to thank you for this—for example, you’ll receive free festival tickets and a breakfast allowance of €8.

We are especially looking for places to stay near arthouse cinema Filmtheater LUX. Ideally, filmmakers will have their own bedroom and be able to enjoy a simple breakfast.
