Dutch Short Film Pitch


The Dutch Short Film Pitch – in collaboration with Screen Talent NL – offers directors based in the Netherlands the chance to present an early-stage film plan or work-in-progress to national and international industry professionals. Participants receive pitch training, present their projects, and build connections that support their films from development to distribution.

Producers Campus


The Producers Campus is an intensive program for up-and-coming producers focused on furthering them in the next phase of their career. Through workshops, case studies, and peer exchange, participants learn to strategically develop projects and grow an (inter)national network.

Writers Room


In the Writers Room, scriptwriters explore their ideas through guided sessions with an experienced mentor. Writers develop their narrative concepts, test their scripts, and receive professional feedback to craft strong, compelling (short) film stories. 

This event is exclusive to writers who write in Dutch.

Through our multiple speed dating sessions, Go Short makes over 200 matches between filmmakers and industry experts. Whether you’re seeking a producer, festival insights, distribution advice, or next steps in your career, the speed date sessions create fast, focused moments of connection. 

Talent Route

The Talent Route is Go Short’s curated pathway for students and new filmmakers, highlighting the programs most relevant to those taking their first steps in the industry. This route guides newcomers through key talks, meet-ups, screenings, and industry moments that offer insight, inspiration, and accessible entry points.

Korte film sectoroverleg

The short film sector meeting brings together key representatives from across the Dutch short-film landscape to discuss current developments, shared challenges, and future directions. It’s a crucial space for exchange, collaboration, and strengthening the national short-film infrastructure. Invitation only. 

Programming Dimensions

Programming Dimensions is an in-depth gathering for festival programmers and curators. Here, professionals explore methodologies, ethics, trends, and challenges in short-film programming. Through keynotes, case studies, and conversations, the conference encourages reflection on curatorial choices.
